I work with individuals experiencing stress & burnout, trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and parenting-related issues. I have been in the mental health field for over 15 years supporting individuals, communities, and organizations to achieve optimal mental health. I use a holistic and client-centred approach that invites people to gently confront the impact of past and present stressors on their current mental health. Together we will work towards living more mindfully, connected, and fulfilled.
