Description
I provide low cost individual therapy to children, teenagers & adults. I am excited to begin our journey together. I have previous experience as an Educational Assistant with the DDSB where I supported children with intellectual disabilities & developmental disabilities as well as Autism. I look forward to helping you & your child/teenager learn healthier coping skills, become a part of their support system & improve their emotional regulation skills.

We are a health and wellness clinic and have a team of social workers, psychotherapists, dietians & natropauthic doctors who are available to support you with your health needs. Individual (children, youth & adults), couples and family therapy available. ND & RD services for all ages. All services are provided via phone or secure video across Ontario. Daytime, evenings and weekend appts available. All of the clinicians offer free 15 mins consultations to ensure a good fit. We have IMMEDIATE openings-same and next day appointments are avaliable.
