I aim to help people explore their inner landscapes, discover the parts of ourselves that may keep us stuck or in familiar patterns, so that we may cultivate a stronger relationship with ourselves and in connection with others. As a person-centered therapist, I take a holistic approach to therapeutic work. I believe in the power of deep listening, empathy, and genuine connection where you are free to explore the various parts that make us human.
