Rebecca is a registered psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Rebecca completed a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. She has extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults, and with supporting youth and young adults in mental health crises. Her work with young children, teens, and families encompasses a wide range of mental health concerns including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting (coparenting), developmental trauma, suicide risk and self-harm, grief and loss, peer relationships, self-esteem, etc.

We are a multi-disciplinary healthcare practice.
