I have been a clinician immersed in psychotherapy for over 20 years. I have gained knowledge on specific psychotherapy modalities and different presenting issues clients bring (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional issues associated with chronic conditions, among many others). I have worked with a broad range of populations (e.g. immigrants and refugees, humanitarian workers, LGBTQ+ community, and seniors, to name a few of them), initially through community agencies, where I wore different hats - volunteer, counsellor, and manager. Currently, I only work in private practice.
