Description

I’m glad you're here! I work with individuals and couples with the goal of creating a safe space where you feel fully seen and supported. I support clients with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, shame, grief, chronic illness, and perinatal/parenting challenges. Through a mind-body lens, we’ll bring awareness to patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and body, helping transform your inner experience. My approach integrates EFT, attachment work, ACT, narrative therapy, polyvagal and psychodynamic theories, and somatic modalities, all within a trauma-informed framework.
