Description

Often in life we face barriers and challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, uninspired, anxious or stressed. Whether you are in need of support to help you work through specific challenges, or you want to explore your values, goals, and inner truth to live a more fulfilling life in general, I am here to help.

I specialize in addictions, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, ADHD and life transitions. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Summary

Calming Minds Therapy and Wellness clinic is dedicated to providing support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, life transitions and emotional eating. One of our top priorities is creating a therapeutic environment that provides acceptance, comfort and a sense of security, because we get how hard it can be to finally relax enough to even find your voice, let alone speak your truth.

If you're ready today to begin therapy, the Registered Psychotherapist team is accepting new clients. Check out the full team at our website https://calmingmindswellness.ca
