Description

Making change can feel like a daunting process. I am glad you are here. I support change through curiosity and being in the present moment. Though your past is important to help us understand your story, it is important to focus on how we can change in the “here and now”. Suffering and distress can manifest in various ways, mentally, emotionally and physically. Only once we bring our thoughts, feelings and behaviours into our awareness can we make the necessary changes to heal and grow.

Calming Minds Therapy and Wellness clinic is dedicated to providing support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, life transitions and emotional eating. One of our top priorities is creating a therapeutic environment that provides acceptance, comfort and a sense of security, because we get how hard it can be to finally relax enough to even find your voice, let alone speak your truth.

If you're ready today to begin therapy, the Registered Psychotherapist team is accepting new clients. Check out the full team at our website https://calmingmindswellness.ca
