Christine is a Registered Psychotherapist and Social Worker who is passionate about providing support to individuals facing life transitions. She is particularly passionate about working with adults in the second half of life who are grappling with questions of identity or purpose in life, navigating relationships, career transitions, stress, caregiver burnout, and health related concerns, among other issues. Christine’s practice integrates evidence-based therapies like CBT with the clients’ own values and goals, working collaboratively to shape the path in therapy towards whole health.
