Starting therapy takes courage, and it can feel intimidating. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing. Together, we'll build trust, explore your strengths and areas for growth, and develop a personalized plan to help you reach your goals and improve your well-being. Samantha has experience working with youth, adults, and families. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, stress management, grief, trauma, and intimate partner violence and more.
