To me, therapy is all about the connection you have with the therapist and how the two of you can develop a safe and open relationship that fosters growth. I am excited to learn about your story, hear your struggles, and make a plan together. Amanda is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who helps children, teens and adults with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem. She has a special interest in post-partum difficulties, baby loss, fertility issues.
