Description
It can feel vulnerable to start therapy so I welcome the opportunity to work with you to create the safety of a kind and compassionate relationship—a brave space in which to enter your healing journey. I respect and welcome all people without judgement. No matter your past or present—we all start somewhere. I find my therapeutic “home” in person-centred, psychodynamic and narrative approaches to therapy that integrate your values and spirituality (religious or non-religious) if that is of interest to you. I have more recently discovered the power of somatic-based therapies such as EMDR.
