Description

My compassionate approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness to help women that are experiencing difficult symptoms like anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. I use a trauma-informed, holistic mind-body approach to therapy that focuses on helping people heal emotional wounds. I want you to feel okay with who you are so you can live with more ease and let go unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

As a therapist with professional and life experience, I am here to offer hope and help you gain fulfillment in life.
