Description
While making the decision to seek help can feel intimidating and overwhelming, it is also incredibly courageous, inspiring, and exciting! My aim is to cultivate a culturally sensitive safe space in which you can explore and better understand yourself, as well as help you address challenges in daily living. In using a holistic and client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with you as a unique individual with your own unique needs wanting to live a more connected, and fulfilling life. My integrative approach includes body based techniques, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and RRT.
