Natasha believes that relationship is at the heart of therapy, and seeks to provide a safe space for clients to process challenges. She understands that motherhood is a unique, beautiful, and challenging time of transition for many.Her own journey into this and experiences with infertility and birth trauma led to her specialization in maternal mental health. She supports women and men who are experiencing infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, birth trauma, and postpartum anxiety and depression. She is also passionate about supporting couples as they navigate the ups and downs of relationships

Summary
We are a team of social workers and psychotherapists working in a fully virtual clinic seeing women, men and couples in Canada. While we see numerous presenting issues, we specialize in working with the perinatal period- infertility, grief, loss, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum transition and issues and providing parenting support. We have training in in maternal, paternal and perinatal mental health and wellbeing. We are currently accepting clients, have evening and limited weekend availability. We also run postpartum, infertility and parenting support groups.
