Ninat has been working in the field of mental health for over ten years, in both clinical and community settings. She has worked with individuals with a variety of emotional and mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Her primary areas of interest are in women’s health (fertility, pregnancy, motherhood and sexuality) and interpersonal relationships. Ninat has specialized training in art therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.

With a focus on Psychotherapy, combined with a multidisciplinary approach including Psychiatry, Psychology, Assessments/Diagnosis, Naturopathy, Massage, and Acupuncture – we have created modern, luxury health centres located within the GTA.
