Description
I have received my Master of Education degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph. My therapeutic approach is human-centred and trauma-informed, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Mindfulness. I have completed the Sex Therapy Training Program at the University of Guelph and conduct a group workshop on chronic pain and sex at Mount Sinai Hospital and Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital in Toronto.
