I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My role is to collaborate with you to help you achieve your therapy goals. I truly believe that within every person, there is a deep well of resilience and the answers for which you are looking. My job is to help you uncover them. With a Master of Counselling Psychology, and several other training certifications (including Certified Trauma Specialist, Gottman Methods Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy training).
