Description
Trauma can profoundly impact our well-being, leaving us feeling disconnected and alone. It can create extreme psychological stress in our daily interactions with others, impeding our quality of life. Trauma does not have to be one significant event. It can be a series of relational or attachment wounds experienced in childhood, leading to self-esteem issues, problems asserting boundaries and people-pleasing behaviours. If you struggle to feel safe, know that you are not alone. I provide a warm and welcoming environment where we can re-establish your sense of connection and trust in others.
