My name is Alaleh Shakourianfard, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. I received my Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2016, and my Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University in 2013. In my practice, I support individuals that are experiencing difficult life situations and transitions, leading to stress, anxiety, and depression. I provide a safe space for clients to explore themselves and help them develop new insights and skills using (but not limited to) CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, Narrative, and Mindfulness based modalities.
