Description

I am a person-centered therapist who works with adults, adolescents, and couples using Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and the Gottman Method. A special area of focus is grief including pregnancy and infant loss. I provide a safe, non judgmental place for clients to share their story to move forward toward greater health.

I have a background in education, having taught in elementary schools for a decade.

I have a passion for supporting people as they move from difficulites to healthy living in all areas of their lives.
