Description

Offering a safe space for individuals and couples to work through whatever is bothering you, including, but not limited to trauma, grief, anxiety, and perinatal mental health. 

I work from a trauma-informed perspective drawing on a variety of approaches, including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). 

I am Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) practicing since 2010.
