I am a psychotherapist that provides individual and couples counselling. My main priority is to create a safe space for clients, which I believe builds a strong foundation for clients to grow and flourish. From that foundation we can explore narratives, unhelpful behaviours and beliefs, and develop a deeper understanding of who you are and how to reach your goals.
