Description

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I provide individual counselling for adults, teens, and children struggling with a range of concerns including anxiety, anger, depression, guilt, and rumination. I have a special interest in working with students with ADHD struggling with shame, self-blame, or negative self-talk. My therapeutic style is culturally responsive and rooted in a person-centred approach to be respectful to, and guided by, each individual’s unique strengths, personal values, and specific motivations for seeking therapy.
