HELLO and WELCOME: Let's spend some time focusing on your needs. I will balance listening to your experiences, thoughts, and emotions with the introduction of exercises and techniques (often somatic or compassion-based) that will shift self-critical thoughts to self-compassion, build confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, bring ease to your mind, and soothe your autonomic nervous system. As an experienced therapist, I will empower, support, and guide you as you create positive and lasting change in your life. Clients report feeling understood and hopeful after the first session.

We can gently shift self-critical thoughts to self-compassion that supports growth in the direction that you choose.
