Anna is passionate about working with couples in the areas of marriage preparation, marriage enrichment and marriage restoration. She also works with individuals who struggle with anxious thoughts, negative self talk, low self-esteem and emotional disturbance. Her approach to therapy is simple, holistic and integrative. She values exploring well-being from multiple angles. Her empathy and natural warmth allows for her to connect with clients on a compassionate level.
