Heather is a Registered Psychotherapist and International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor. Heather has 12 years of experience working with people who are affected by addiction, substance use, codependency and mental health along with issues of abuse. Heather works with individuals or with families affected. Heather has a client centred approach and an individualized plan of action. Heather is highly motivated to support clients in finding recovery from the pain they have endured and moving them into self evaluation and solution focused therapies.
