I am a registered psychotherapist with the CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario), and a play therapy intern with the CAPT (Canadian Play Therapy association). I provide individual therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults. I offer an integrative approach, which means finding the best approaches to fit your needs in therapy. I draw from play-based therapy, attachment, CBT, DBT and trauma-informed approaches. I also offer therapeutic table top role playing therapy - you can explore a fantasy world while achieving your therapeutic goals.
