Description
My experiences in the counselling and mental health field include working for many years in public schools and non-profit agencies specializing in mental health support for children, teens, and their families. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families that are interested in receiving support and guidance for mental health challenges including stress, anxiety, anger, depression, self-esteem, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, addictions, grief and loss, ADHD, or trauma.
