Description

Alessia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) with the CRPO.  She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. As well as, specializing in working with teenagers and young adults who are approaching milestone chapters in their lives and who struggle with these transitions.  Using a client-focused approach, focusing on the unique needs of each individual, and through empathetic listening, Alessia will assist you in working towards your goals and will help with increasing your self-awareness while sorting through thoughts and emotions.
