I specialize in positive body image and self-esteem, trauma, anger management, grief, relationship issues, and work or personal stress and anxiety. I work collaboratively with each client to deliver a unique treatment plan which may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Traumatic Incident Reduction Therapy, and Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Therapy. I believe that the combination of these therapeutic elements allows for clients to foster positive perceptions and insights essential to achieving optimal well-being.
