I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I obtained a medical degree outside of Canada and worked as a psychiatrist with people struggling with a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, OCD, trauma and PTSD, social anxiety, grief, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and abuse. My expertise includes couple therapy and recovery from extramarital affairs, therapy of sexual concerns, including erectile dysfunction and low sexual desire.

Summary
I offer virtual, via video call, individual and couple 1 hour and 1,5 hour sessions. For the first session, 1,5 hours is recommended as more time is needed to go over the background information, the intake assessment, and a discussion of a therapy plan. You can continue to book this session for the subsequent sessions if you feel that a more extended session is beneficial to you. You are also welcome to choose the standard 1 hr session for your first session if you would like to.
