Description
* I am on maternity leave and not accepting new clients at this time. I primarily work with individuals and relationships who are navigating intrapersonal or interpersonal conflict, relationship concerns, communication issues, and adjustment to life-cycle transitions. I also work with coping with career burnout, depression, anxiety, grief, and ADHD. Having lived courageously with type 1 diabetes for 30+ years, I have a sincere interest in supporting individuals and their families navigating the psycho-social impacts of chronic illness on emotional and relational well-being.

Summary
*I am currently on maternity leave and not accepting clients at this time. There are times in our lives when the direction along our path remains unclear. We know we are going forward, yet we are unsure of our destination. It is in these moments of life that we may turn to our systems of support to help guide the way. As a member of your support system, my goal is to help plant the seeds along your path that will allow you to weather the storm and emerge along your journey with blossoming hope.
