With over 20 years of experience working with couples and groups, from early adult to senior years, I can help you to recognize how past experiences influence your current relationships, identify unhealthy patterns, improve listening and communication, appreciate differences and other's perspectives, and deal with conflict more effectively. I work with low self-esteem and symptoms of low mood or high anxiety which often coincide with relationship difficulties.
