Description

Reaching out for support is one of the hardest things to do. It involves being vulnerable and honest with yourself. I'm so glad that you took this step to start your journey.

My name is Danielle (Dani), and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist. I'm here to meet you where you are at and work together to create a safe environment in which we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning that adaptability is key as no two individuals are the same. I work to adapt to your unique needs while being empathetic and supportive.
