My focus is on creating authentic connections in order to understand who you are as an individual and learn about your experiences. The support of an objective person can help you feel empowered to work through your challenges head on. I appreciate the intersection between mental, physical, and emotional health. I can help you with anxiety, stress, and grief and loss​. I offer individual counselling for youth (age 10+), teens, adults, and couples.
