Description
Growing up in an East Asian cultural context, I saw how family, social, and cultural values shape self-perception. These influences aren’t “right” or “wrong,” but can lead to self-doubt or difficulty expressing true needs. Having faced this myself, I empathize deeply and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their inner world, be seen and heard, and discover a path that feels authentic and meaningful.
