I aim to respect and maintain the dignity of each person who walks into my therapy room. I offer empathy, navigation, and self-exploration. I make every effort to make the therapy room a safe place for you to express yourself. The therapeutic models I use are narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
