Provider information
Description
My approach is to explore your experiences, and your strengths, while collectively searching for patters and understanding through psychotherapeutic interventions. If you do not know why you want to come in, but you feel pulled to do so, please connect. Together we will work on better understanding you, and giving you space to do so. My goal is for my nonjudgmental and inclusive approach to collaborate with you to best meet your needs and life goals through a strength-based, solution-focused, mindfulness- based, cognitive-behavioural, humanistic lens.
