Description
If you feel anxious, stressed, overwhelmed and feel that no one around you seems to understand, you are not alone. It can be very challenging to navigate day to day life while trying to make sense of this anxiety and stress. Many changes including breaking up, divorce, job loss, death of a loved one can lead to feeling lost or stuck. Let me help. I have experience working with clients helping them navigate their feelings around stress, anxiety, relationships and cultural differences using the psychodynamic approach. I use many techniques including dream work, free associations and CBT.
