Description
My goal is to support you in deepening your relationship with yourself, developing an understanding of your emotional and behavioural patterns, and rebuilding a sense of balance in your life. My therapeutic approach integrates elements from various theoretical models, and uses a trauma-informed approach to help you feel safe, supported and connected in our sessions. Together, we will work through unhelpful thoughts, make meaning of your experiences and develop strategies to help you live a more meaningful life. I have experience with work-related LOAs and supporting a safe return to work.
