Description
I am so happy you are therapist shopping! It’s normal to be overwhelmed at first. The most important thing is to find someone who you feel the "vibe" with. I always say, the most important part of therapy is the rapport you have with your therapist. For this reason, I always recommend scheduling a free phone consultation! A few words to describe my style as a therapist are; open, curious, non-judgemental, and accepting. My job is to help you understand the purpose and function of your nervous system and teach you how to regulate it!
