Provider information

Description

I work with BIPOC professionals who face issues like stress/burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, and self-identity. My approach involves roughly 3 stages: understand and clarify by providing a safe space for you to share and explore your experiences, soothe and regulate by practicing emotion and nervous system regulation as well as stress management techniques in sessions, and process root causes by reprocessing core memories that are still causing you current discomfort and distress with EMDR therapy. I work from a culturally responsive, attachment-based, and trauma-focused lens.
