Hi, I'm Ting Ting. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work with adults in Ontario who face issues like stress, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic symptoms, self-esteem, self-criticism, perfectionism, and concerns related to acculturation and being in the intersection of at times opposing cultures. Having previously worked in the fast-paced tech and digital marketing industry and as a 1.5th generation Chinese immigrant, I am fortunate to hold a unique frame of reference through which I can relate to my professional and POC clients at an experiential level.
