Description
A lifelong learner, my academic pursuits reflect my belief in honouring and respecting the beauty and struggle of our shared common humanity. I have completed specific training in ACT, EMDR, and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) to enhance and complement my mindful and compassionate focus for supporting and guiding clients. My journey of healing and self-discovery has fostered an appreciation for holding a therapeutic space where clients feel safe and supported. I believe in collaborative teamwork - the value of feeling seen, heard and understood. I offer a brief complimentary consultation.

A Compassionate Space Psychother-

Summary
Finding inner balance within the life chaos of work, family, and relationships is difficult. We easily fall into an endless cycle of controlled avoidance and additional pain and suffering. Using a client-centred mindful acceptance-based approach, I hold a kind, virtual space for clients to safely explore, rediscover and nurture a renewed positive self-connection, build and strengthen psychological flexibility and balance a compassionate self-awareness - reducing psychological suffering and moving clients towards their most valued rich and meaningful life.
