*Accepting new clients* I am a PhD-level psychologist practicing in Alberta and Ontario. I have a special interest in women's perinatal (prenatal and postpartum) mental health, as well as supporting men and women in their transition to parenthood. This includes trying to conceive, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum mood disorders, and navigating early childhood. Summary
Becoming a new parent can be a rewarding experience, but it is also common to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, angry, or disconnected during this challenging identify shift (and we don't talk about it enough!). As a PhD-level psychologist practicing in Alberta and virtually in Ontario, I have a special interest in supporting expectant and new mothers and fathers who are navigating the changes that accompany the journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I also provide support for birth trauma, pregnancy loss, fertility struggles, and other perinatal challenges.
