Dr. Beaman is the Director of York Region CBT and a registered clinical psychologist with The College of Psychologists of Ontario. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based therapies. She has been practicing in the GTA since 2008 and founded York Region CBT in 2014. Dr. Beaman brings compassion and non-judgement to her clients, knowing there are many factors that can lead mental health challenges. She endeavors to bring a holistic approach to therapy as well as a focus on finding solutions.
