I am a Registered Psychologist and a Certified EMDR Trauma therapist and play therapist. I work with individuals, children and families. I have supported children, youth and their families navigating challenges of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, abuse, and more. Working together, I strive to empower individuals and families to recognize and work towards goals that better their lives by adding meaning and giving purposeful direction.
