Description
Dr. Tania Bielak is a registered clinical psychologist with a PhD from the university of Waterloo. She supports clients with depression, anxiety disorders, traumatic stress, stress and transitions, any many other difficulties. In her work with clients, Dr. Bielak integrates cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and compassion-based approaches (DBT, MSC) in a flexible manner in order to meet each client's unique needs. Dr. Bielak has published research in peer-reviewed journals, and regularly supervises candidates for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
