Description
I’m committed to creating a safe and comfortable space for people of various genders, sexual orientations and identities, ethnicities, religions, and cultural backgrounds. I strive to approach everyone and all situations in an open-minded, genuine, and compassionate manner. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their goals and live the life that they want. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Dalhousie University and completed my pre-doctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).

Summary
At WG Psychology, we work with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, anger and emotion dysregulation. Our goal in therapy is to help you build the most meaningful life possible. We do that by working with you to: (1) Identity your long-term goals and values; (2) Clarify obstacles getting in your way; and (3) Give you the skills to reach your goals. We practice through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens by prioritizing kindness and warmth, non-judgment, and a collaborative spirit in therapy.
