Description

My aim is to help you reach your goals by clarifying what’s most important to you and then working together to eliminate barriers to those goals. We’ll focus on experimenting with various psychological tools to determine what works best for you and implement strategies to help you build the life you want. 

I work primarily from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) orientations and always approach therapy from a client-centred perspective founded on collaboration, respect, and non-judgment.

At WG Psychology, we work with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, anger and emotion dysregulation.
